The offseason has mostly run its course, and the league’s coaches and players are finally tasting some time away. But for 32 teams, the calendar is already closing in. Monday’s announcement from the NFL mapped out exactly when each club’s rookies and veterans will report for 2026 training camp—some beginning in less than a month.

Arizona Cardinals will be among the first to start up, with rookies reporting on 7/2 at State Farm Stadium and veterans following on 7/22.

Not far behind, the Seattle Seahawks open early at Virginia Mason Athletic Center, where rookies report on 7/17 and veterans on 7/24. The San Francisco 49ers follow that early run as well, with rookies reporting on 7/18 and veterans on 7/25 at the SAP Performance Facility.

The Tennessee Titans also have a late-July schedule start, but the timeline begins earlier for rookies. At Vanderbilt Health Football Center, rookies report on 7/23 and veterans on 7/28.

By mid-to-late July, the reporting wave swells across the league. The New England Patriots will host rookies at the New Balance Athletics Center on 7/21, with veterans scheduled for 7/24. The Minnesota Vikings begin with rookies reporting on 7/26 at the TCO Performance Center, then veterans on 7/28.

In Baltimore, rookies report on 7/24 and veterans on 7/28 at the Under Armour Performance Center. The Carolina Panthers will see rookies report on 7/21 and veterans on 7/22 at Bank of America Stadium. The Bills will follow a split schedule too, with rookies reporting on 7/21 at St. John Fisher University and veterans reporting on 7/28.

Chicago’s timeline runs from Halas Hall, where rookies report on 7/25 and veterans on 7/28. At Paycor Stadium, the Bengals will have rookies reporting on 7/25 and veterans on 7/28.

The Cleveland Browns will report in their own rhythm at the CrossCountry Mortgage Campus, with rookies on 7/23 and veterans on 7/28.

Philadelphia will have both groups meeting on 7/28 at the Jefferson Health Training Complex, and Pittsburgh will do the same on 7/28 at Saint Vincent College. The Eagles’ and Steelers’ parallel dates stand out as two of the clearest “same-day” arrivals across the league’s list.

The New York Giants will report at Quest Diagnostics Training Center/The Greenbrier, with rookies on 7/23 and veterans on 7/28. The New York Jets at the Athletic Health Jets Training Center will have rookies reporting on 7/25 and veterans on 7/28.

At Ochsner Sports Performance Center, the New Orleans Saints will run rookies reporting on 7/28 with veterans also on 7/28. The Atlanta Falcons will bring rookies in on 7/24 and veterans on 7/28 at the Atlanta Falcons Training Facility.

For the Minnesota Vikings, the final stretch lands right where most camps do—rookies on 7/26 and veterans on 7/28.

This league-wide schedule creates a familiar rhythm: rookies tend to arrive first in the early parts of July, then veterans take over as the month matures, with several teams clustering their final veteran reports on 7/28.

With the dates now set for all 32 teams, the next question for players and coaches won’t be “when does camp start?”—it’ll be what each report window means for the first practices, the early adjustments, and the pace of the season ahead.

  1. Rookies report on 7/2 for the Cards like that’s not crazy early? Then veterans a whole 3 weeks later. I feel like the vets should be first honestly.

  2. I saw 49ers on here like 7/18 and I thought that was the preseason start date?? But it’s just reporting. NFL always acts like we’re supposed to know the difference between camp and preseason, my bad.

  3. This is why my schedule is a mess lol, every year it’s different. Also Panthers rookies 7/21 and veterans 7/22??? That’s literally back to back, how are they not exhausted already. And why is it all different facilities, can’t they just pick one place like college teams do?
