Nara Smith and Lucky Blue Smith didn’t just end up with a big, growing brood. They planned it—then kept finding reasons to keep going.
Back in 2024. Nara looked back on how early the idea took hold for Lucky. telling GQ Hype that he “had Gravity when he was really young. ” with Gravity being his daughter with ex-girlfriend Stormi Bree Henley. Nara said it made him feel ready: “It felt like a natural thing. ‘Yeah. I think I’m ready to have kids.’” She added a vision of the timing that could keep them connected as a family: “When I’m 40. they’ll be 20. and we’ll grow up together.” She also described a belief that they were better off building life around their children rather than trying to fold them in later: “I want to build my life with them rather than trying to integrate them into my life later and it worked out great. I love being a young mom.”.
The couple tied the knot in February 2020. Their first child together arrived in October 2020, when Nara and Lucky welcomed daughter Rumble Honey.
Rumble Honey wasn’t just a milestone—it was a headline moment shared directly from the newborn’s early days. Nara posted on Instagram “Little baby angel Rumble Honey 🥺 10/7/20,” alongside a photo of the baby swaddled in cloth and another image of her lying face to face with her daughter.
Then came the next chapter. In January 2022, Nara and Lucky expanded their family with son Slim Easy. Nara shared the news on Instagram with the words: “Two nights ago this tiny angel came earth-side. meet slim easy smith🥺.”
By April 2024, the family grew again with daughter Whimsy Lou. The announcement came through an Instagram reel showing her wrapped in a patterned mushroom blanket. Nara and Lucky captioned the arrival: “Our little angel has arrived! Meet Whimsy Lou Smith 🤍.”
For a while, they thought they were finished. After Whimsy, Nara told the outlet, “we are absolutely done now,” explaining that “Having toddlers is the best sort of birth control because they’re wild.”
But life had a different plan.
In June 2025. In June 2025, Nara shared that coming up with names was getting harder and harder. She also listed names she loved but wouldn’t be using. For a boy, she said she had Moss, Goody, Sundae, Champ, Silk and Dare in her list. For a girl, Nara shared monikers including Twinkle, Velvet, Button, Willowmere, Apple, Berry, Butter, Merrit and Shimmer.
Their children are part of every step, including the ones that are hardest to live through.
In July 2026, Nara revealed that Whimsy was diagnosed with cancer the year prior. She described the timeline in plain terms. saying: “After a lot of X-rays. ultrasounds and finally a biopsy. they immediately called us and said that she had cancer. told us it had spread and that she needs to come and start chemo treatments immediately.” Nara added that she’s trying to stay steady: “I’m taking it one day at a time.”.
Before all of these chapters with Nara and Lucky’s shared kids, their family tree already included Gravity. Lucky became a dad when ex-girlfriend Henley welcomed daughter Gravity in 2017.
