Morgan Wallen’s ‘I’m the Problem’ Hits One-Year Chart Mark

Morgan Wallen’s latest album, “I’m the Problem,” has spent exactly 52 weeks on the Billboard 200, while also ranking within the top five on multiple Billboard charts—marking his fourth album to reach the one-year milestone and extending the life of multiple si

On a chart calendar, one year is a long time—long enough for hype to fade and for most albums to quietly vanish.

“I’m the Problem” didn’t do that.

As of this week, Morgan Wallen’s album has been on the Billboard 200 for 52 weeks—exactly one year. It’s also showing up on three different Billboard tallies at the same time. celebrating the same birthday across them. with three separate chart roles that keep the project from becoming a one-moment moment.

That staying power matters because the album isn’t just hanging on. It remains one of the more successful titles in America, and it’s doing it while still actively feeding listeners through its singles.

A few weeks ago. an eighth official single. “Don’t We. ” was pushed from the full-length—an event that effectively extends the album’s life into a second year. Earlier. the lead cut “Lies Lies Lies” dropped in the summer of 2024. and now. with the album’s one-year milestone. the rollout rhythm is still carrying weight instead of slipping into the background.

Right now, “I’m the Problem” is appearing inside the top five on every Billboard chart where it currently sits. On the Top Country Albums ranking, it’s doing its best work—rising from No. 3 to No. 2. It’s being held back from No. 1 by Ella Langley’s “Dandelion. ” which is powered in part by her collaboration with Wallen. “I Can’t Love You Anymore.”.

On the Top Streaming Albums list, the album is steady in the upper tier, comfortable at No. 3, and it’s holding fourth place on the Billboard 200 itself.

The Billboard 200 anniversary also adds another line to the story of how consistent Wallen’s full-length releases have become. He has released four albums during his career. and as “I’m the Problem” reaches 52 weeks on the Billboard 200. it becomes the latest of that quartet to hit the one-year landmark.

His longest-running success on the chart remains “If I Know Me,” his debut full-length. While it peaked at No. 10, it’s now just a month shy of 400 weeks on the Billboard 200. “Dangerous: The Double Album,” his sophomore studio effort, is his second-longest-charting title with 279 weeks on the tally. “One Thing at a Time,” released two years before “I’m the Problem,” has reached 167 stays somewhere on the Billboard 200.

Of Wallen’s five charting releases on the Billboard 200. only one has failed to make it to a year: “Stand Alone. ” an EP he recorded before he became famous. That short set debuted at No. 154 in February 2024 and spent only one week on the chart before slipping away entirely. The EP was released against his will by a record label he’d partnered with early in his career.

The same one-year picture holds up in the genre chart. On the Top Country Albums chart, all four of Wallen’s full-lengths have made it to 52 weeks. Two other releases only appeared once: the essentially unauthorized “Stand Alone” EP. and Wallen’s self-titled debut EP. which hit the genre-specific list at No. 45 months before “If I Know Me”—and then disappeared.

Over on the Top Streaming Albums chart, “I’m the Problem” is Wallen’s third set to reach a year. “Dangerous: The Double Album” and “One Thing at a Time” have both landed on the streaming-only tally 135 times. “If I Know Me” has earned a total of 24 appearances.

By midstream measurements, this one-year milestone reads like more than survival. “I’m the Problem” has become a chart fixture at the same time it keeps evolving through new single timing—turning what could have been a quick run into a sustained, multi-roster presence.
