Milania Giudice Slams Assault Mugshot as AI

Milania Giudice broke her silence after her early-May arrest for “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury,” saying in a Sunday-night TikTok that her mugshot is “AI” and that she plans to share more later.
Milania Giudice had to address the arrest everyone was talking about—so she did it on camera, on TikTok, and with a direct message for anyone who thought they’d already seen the whole story.
The 20-year-old said the “mugshot” circulating online isn’t real. In a video posted Sunday night. she told viewers: “I have one thing to say. I’m going to save the rest for tomorrow. But that ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe. That’s AI. I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of.”.
She also tried to move the conversation from shock to reflection, saying: “It is what it is. S**t happens in life. It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it.”
The arrest took place in early May. Milania was taken into custody under the domestic violence umbrella for “simple assault” and “purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury.” So far, her public comments had been limited—until this TikTok, where she kept the details controlled.
When asked about what was going on before her arrest, she stayed deliberately vague. “I just was not in a good area in my life. That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me. Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”.
She closed by returning to the mugshot claim, saying: “That mugshot? I can’t believe you guys even believe that’s real. But that’s all I have to say for tonight.”
Milania’s TikTok was accompanied by the caption “peace and love,” and it came through her handle @milaniagiudice321 with the track “original sound – Milania Giudice.”
