‘Married at First Sight’ Season 20 Spoilers: Which Couples Are Still Together After Decision Day?
Married at First Sight Season 20 has come to an end.
Here’s the Season 20 finale synopsis: “It’s decision day and each couple must decide whether they’ll stay married or get divorced. Then, the group reunites to rehash old drama and offer updates on where they stand today.”
Following the finale and reunion, which aired on Thursday (August 27), we now know which couples are still together, and which ones have gone their separate ways via Peacock.
Married at First Sight Season 20 premiered on Peacock on July 12, featuring a Seattle-based cast. New episodes aired on Thursdays on the streamer.
The reunion was filmed roughly a year after the end of the experiment, with the couples addressing their Decision Day choices and current relationship statuses.
Here’s who is together and who is not…
Are Michelle and Cameron still together?
Decision Day answer: Yes
Current relationship status: Married
Michelle and Cameron revealed at the reunion they’ve been married for a year and will be moving to the Bay Area in California. He also revealed that he surprised Michelle with a proposal, which you can see footage of in the reunion on Peacock.
Are Tori and Felipe still together?
Decision Day answer: No
Current relationship status: Divorced
Tori chose to walk away from the marriage after Felipe admitted he thought “constantly about cheating” on her.
At the reunion, Felipe said the cheating comment came because he was “too cowardly to be honest” about the experiment, which had been “a lot.” He also apologized to Tori, saying: “I was just… not ready.”
Are BelleJolie and Mecca still together?
Decision Day answer: Yes
Current relationship status: Divorced
BelleJolie and Mecca both decided to stay married on Decision Day, but during the reunion, they revealed they divorced a few weeks afterward.
“As soon as those cameras cut, something in me just went fwoof,” BelleJolie said. “After I left that experience, I really just sat here and disregarded how I felt about everything to cater to another person’s feelings.”
“I failed to be a decent man, a decent human being, a decent husband,” Mecca later apologized to BelleJolie. “My truth is also that I am grateful of the grace and forgiveness that you gave me, even when I wasn’t deserving of it. And I do sincerely apologize for failing you in that way.”
Are Nikki and Shawn still together?
Decision Day answer: No
Current relationship status: Divorced
Nikki and Shawn‘s meeting on Decision Day led to a decision to divorce.
At the reunion, Shawn said not getting to meet Nikki‘s family was “the biggest red flag.” She explained she didn’t “feel enough psychological safety with him” to do that.
They both revealed that they are single as of now.
Are Marissa and Adam still together?
Decision Day answer: No
Current relationship status: Divorced
The two ultimately decided not to remain together on Decision Day.
At the reunion, Marissa revealed that she and Adam met up shortly after they parted ways, but that another woman approached her with DMs allegedly from Adam on their Decision Day.
Marissa said that she is single today and busy running two new businesses. Adam revealed that he has a girlfriend, and she was seated in the audience.
Are Caitlin and Devin still together?
Decision Day answer: Marriage ended in previous episodes
Current relationship status: Divorced
The former couple decided to end their relationship prior to Decision Day.
At the reunion, Caitlin and Devin walked arm-in-arm to the stage together, and expressed that while it didn’t work out, they were happy to go through the experiment together.
Devin is single and Caitlin said she’s “in love” with a man who is “supportive” of her experience on the show.
Are Courteney and Nick still together?
Decision Day answer: Marriage ended earlier in the season
Current relationship status: Divorced
The couple’s relationship ended during a group therapy session earlier in the show.
At the reunion, Courteney apologized to Nick. “I think what was tough is that I genuinely just want you to be vulnerable and I don’t think that you could feel the space that I wanted you to to be let in. And that’s why we didn’t work. I could tell with my frustrations that it wasn’t coming across nicely.”
Nick is going to therapy and dating, while Courteney has a boyfriend who was seated in the audience.
One of the stars of the series recently passed away.
