Manna’s most established Irish market was in Blanchardstown, where nearly 90,000 deliveries have been completed since early 2024. 12.25pm, 20 Jun 2026 Share options DRONE DELIVERY COMPANY Manna confirmed yesterday that it’s ceasing its delivery operations in Ireland, blaming the “absence of a clear national policy framework” for commercial drone services and a
lack of a “defined pathway” to scale. Founder Bobby Healy said the company would return once there is “clarity around policy and planning”. Advertisement The decision comes after repeated planning setbacks for the company, including refusals for drone hub developments in Dublin over noise and environmental concerns. The announcement has sparked debate about the future of drone delivery in Ireland and whether it should be expanded or more tightly restricted.
