The “Love Island” star is suing Hyatt Hotels. claiming a Hyatt employee gave highly sensitive personal information to his ex-girlfriend after the hotel received a call from someone who claimed to be his sister. Goldstein filed the lawsuit on Wednesday. alleging the incident happened while he was staying at a Hyatt in Gainesville. Florida. last year.

In court filings, Goldstein says the person on the phone identified herself as Lindsey Beth Goldstein. He also says Lindsey passed away in 2021, and that the caller was not his sister. Instead, Goldstein alleges the caller was his ex-girlfriend, Brianna Lombardo—someone he claims knew about his sister’s death.

Goldstein’s complaint names Hyatt and the employee he says failed to properly verify the caller’s identity: Megan Gideon. He alleges Gideon did not conduct proper due diligence and disclosed private information over the phone.

Goldstein goes further, alleging Gideon provided details about his comings and goings to Lombardo by watching security camera footage and relaying what she was seeing during the call.

According to Goldstein, Lombardo then used that information to spread allegations about him on social media. He says the claims were aimed at portraying him as “cheating” on Lombardo, and he believes the fallout was targeted and reputational.

He also ties the alleged leak to a business loss. Goldstein claims Gideon’s actions cost him a potential deal with the brand Comfrt, saying the impact amounted to $4,000 per month.

The lawsuit seeks damages in excess of $50,000, with Goldstein suing both Hyatt and Gideon for negligence and invasion of privacy.

Goldstein’s personal and public life has been closely followed since his time on reality TV. He appeared on Season 3 of “Love Island. ” and later returned for Season 2 of “Love Island Games.” During “Love Island. ” he voluntarily left the villa after learning that his sister. Lindsey. had passed away. Shannon St. Clair later joined him, and the two dated for about a year before breaking up.
