Lobster, fries and a garden castle prepared for Swift-Kelce

Taylor Swift is reportedly set to wed Travis Kelce this weekend, with the ceremony believed to be taking place at the legendary New York venue, Madison Square Gardens (MSG). Fresh images of deliveries arriving at the arena have hinted that the menu for the lavish two-day occasion may have been uncovered – and the couple appears to be combining fine dining with comfort food, as lobster and French fries are expected to be on offer. Staff were photographed carrying boxes into the venue, with labelling
indicating they contained lobster meat, and various cuts of chicken including legs, boneless, blackened, and breasts. Additional boxes holding fried food such as French fries and thick-cut onion rings were also captured on camera, alongside fresh produce including red and orange peppers, romaine lettuce, eggs, heavy whipping cream and whole milk, all of which were spotted being transported into MSG. Krispy Kreme was additionally seen pulling a lorry into the venue, though as there is a shop directly beneath the arena inside Penn Station, it
remains uncertain whether the doughnuts are connected to the wedding, reports the Mirror . Previously, Taylor Swift has spoken openly about her culinary preferences, revealing she enjoys baking homemade sourdough bread and takes comfort in classic American fare. During her Vogue 73 Questions interview, Taylor discussed her fondness for French fries, disclosing that her go-to drive-thru order consists of a cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate shake. Travis has also spoken openly about his fondness for classic American staples, revealing he is a fan of peanut
butter and jelly (jam) sandwiches, as well as popular fast food options. These aren’t the only items spotted being transported into the venue, with a number of other deliveries offering onlookers a tantalising glimpse into what might be planned for the grand celebration. Sources close to the wedding told TMZ that a castle is being constructed inside the arena to complement the wedding’s fairy-tale atmosphere. Crews were subsequently photographed unloading large, covered scenic pieces labelled “Garden Party 1 (Scenic)” and spray-painted “GP” outside the venue.
A red carpet was also laid near the garden’s VIP entrance, presumably in readiness for some of the biggest names in pop culture, including the likes of Graham Norton, Zoe Kravitz, Suki Waterhouse, Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco. It remains uncertain whether these items, along with the food deliveries, are intended for the rehearsal dinner, rumoured to be taking place on Thursdayevening, or the actual ceremony, which is reportedly scheduled for Friday. It’s believed that just 100 guests will
be present at the rehearsal dinner on Thursday, which Page Six reported will be held inside the Infosys Theater from 6 to 10:30 p. m. Friday’s reception is rumoured to have 1,000 guests in attendance, reportedly getting under way in the early afternoon at 3:30pm, followed by a cocktail hour and the ceremony at 5:30pm. The event is expected to wrap up at 2am.

So they’re serving lobster at MSG?? That feels illegal somehow lol.
Wait I thought MSG was like, events not weddings. And French fries AND onion rings? That’s basically my entire personality.
Krispy Kreme pulling in a truck probably means they’re doing a whole donut bar for everyone, right? Like even the employees. Unless it’s just regular food delivery, but why would it be there under Penn Station… I don’t know, the article makes it sound connected.
This is so weird to me because aren’t they supposed to be getting married in like, a chapel? Also lobster and fries is not a “garden castle” vibe at all. I bet it’s just catering for some other event and they’re assuming it’s the wedding bc it’s Taylor Swift. People do that all the time. Either way I want the sourdough bread she mentioned.
