New court documents claim Kim Zolciak’s estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, dated an OnlyFans model named Bri and brought her on a spring break getaway with his kids—sparking fresh accusations in their contentious custody fight.
For spring break, the trip looked like family time. But in new legal documents tied to Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s divorce, it’s being described as something else—an outing that included a girlfriend Kroy allegedly never properly disclosed.
The allegation comes through a letter connected to their custody case, written by the mother of a girlfriend of one of Kim and Kroy’s sons. The letter was sent to the court-appointed guardian who makes custody recommendations in their divorce.
In the letter, the mother says her daughter went on a trip with Kroy and his family over spring break. She claims Kroy didn’t mention that his girlfriend—named Bri—would be there. The mother says she later learned Bri is an OnlyFans model.
Her message to the guardian is direct. “This is a concern due to the apparent poor influence of his girlfriend. Although much of her sexual content has been removed from the internet, I did see the photos before their removal.”
She adds that Bri is “not someone who needs to be around teenage kids or giving advice on their behavior,” and says her daughter knows she isn’t allowed “to be around the girlfriend for an extended time.”
The mother then frames the concern in personal terms. “I would assume Kroy would feel the same way about me taking one of his children on a trip without my family, if I had an OnlyFans male model as my guest.”
The letter also describes an exchange during the trip. The mother says Kroy “even started screaming at her daughter” and told her, “My son can’t save you.” She argues that removing the kids from Kim’s care would be detrimental to them.
In addition to the allegations about Bri, the letter addresses claims that Kim is not a good mother. The mother says Kroy’s comments aren’t true, writing that Kim “is in contact with her children around the clock, monitoring their well-being, location and safety.”
Kim’s side is already using court materials in the custody battle, including the email connected to the letter and an alleged text from Bri to Kim’s current boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, about Kroy. Kim has also claimed that Kroy had loud sex that their children overheard.
With the divorce and custody fight continuing, the new allegations place Bri—an OnlyFans model described in the legal filings—at the center of renewed conflict over who should be around the children and what influence they may be exposed to.
