In court documents filed by Kim and obtained June 4, 2026, Kim alleges the latest incident happened during a heated argument at Kroy’s home, when she claims Kroy threw one of their sons over the couch.
Kim also claims Kroy has been having sex with multiple women in recent months. She alleges one woman stayed at Kroy’s home and vacationed with the kids. Kim says the children have reported “not seeing [Kroy] for hours on end, but hearing him engage in sexual acts with his girlfriend of the moment.”
Kim further claims a court-appointed guardian dismissed the couch-throwing incident. She says the guardian argued the child was “sizeable for his age,” while Kim insists the child is still a kid regardless of their size.
She adds that two other children expressed their wishes about their living situation, only for the guardian to brand them liars.
Kim says the guardian was made aware of alleged mental, emotional, and physical abuse by Kroy, but that “no professionals have sounded an alarm because the abuse did not ‘leave marks.’” She also claims Kroy threw a pan at one of the kids’ heads.
Kim says she is “constantly contacted” by the children while they are in Kroy’s care, with the children asking for food because they are hungry or for medicine because they are sick.
In the same documents, Kim claims the guardian takes Kroy’s side and even recommended that Kroy receive primary custody—a recommendation the court followed.
She also claims one of Kroy’s “gal pals” sent her new boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, a text that says: “I believe Kim. He is abusive. And his abuse is unlike any I’ve ever witnessed.” Kim submitted the alleged text as evidence in court.
A source tells MISRYOUM Entertainment that the allegations in the paperwork are the reason Kim has remained silent about the divorce for so long.
The divorce history has been messy from the start. As MISRYOUM Entertainment first reported. Kroy claimed Kim failed to attend required court-ordered therapy sessions. which led to her custody being suspended temporarily. The exes initially split in 2023. got back together. and then broke up again. but they have yet to finalize their divorce.
