Kids can stay free at these Hyatt All-Inclusive resorts – The Points Guy

As kids head back to school and summer becomes just a distant memory of staying up too late and sleeping in, you may already be thinking about breaking out of your routine by planning a fall getaway to somewhere warm, sunny and rejuvenating.

A pair of new promotions available at select Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties in Mexico and the Caribbean can help you do just that without busting your vacation budget.

For a limited time, kids can stay for free at select family-friendly all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. Rather than spending precious time budgeting and planning for your vacation, this promotion lets you enjoy all-inclusive pricing and kid-friendly programming in popular beach destinations, including Cancun, Riviera Maya, Punta Cana, Cartagena and more.

To take advantage of the savings, you must book by Sept. 30, 2026. The offer applies to stays between now and Dec. 20, 2026, and select resorts require a three-night minimum stay (blackout dates and occupancy limits apply and vary by resort). Only kids ages 3 to 12 qualify for the discount, but kids under 3 generally stay for free at Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties.

For additional savings, you can combine the Kids Stay Free offer with Hyatt’s Passport to Paradise promotion, which offers savings of up to 25% and up to $200 in resort credits to use during your stay. The Passport to Paradise promotion is valid on bookings made through Sept. 30, 2026, for stays between now and April 30, 2027.

The Kids Stay Free promotion is available at several Bahia Principe, Dreams, Hyatt Ziva and Sunscape locations across Mexico and the Caribbean, while the Passport to Paradise promotion is available at a wider selection of Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties, so even if you aren’t eligible for the Kids Stay Free offer, you can still save.

  • A three-night stay in mid-July 2027 for two adults would cost $1,104, while a family of four would cost $1,622.
  • A three-night stay in November of 2026 costs $1,182 for two adults — but that price would remain the same for a family of four, thanks to the Kids Stay Free promotion.

That’s a savings of more than $400 by planning your visit during this offer period.

Unfortunately, this promotion is not available for points redemptions, but you can earn World of Hyatt points on your cash-paid stay.

In addition to family-friendly amenities like pools, waterslides, kids clubs and entertainment you’d expect at an all-inclusive resort, many of the participating properties have programming designed just for kids. For example, many Dreams resorts offer interactive MasterChef Junior cooking challenges, and Dreams Natura Resort & Spa has a suspended aerial ride called the Roll Glider.
