Khloé forced – Tristan Thompson broke his silence on Khloé in Wonder Land, five years after their breakup, describing a vasectomy he said Khloé pushed him to get following his cheating scandal—and insisting he’s done having more kids unless it’s with her.
Khloé Kardashian didn’t leave Tristan Thompson any room for “more little surprises.”
On the latest episode of her podcast. Khloé in Wonder Land. the Good American founder welcomed the father of her child into a conversation that pulled up every messy detail from their past—starting with what happened after the cheating scandal. and ending with the one decision she says she pushed him to make.
The interview marked the first time Tristan appeared on the show since their breakup five years ago. Their split came after he cheated (again) and fathered a child with Maralee Nichols.
The conversation covered a lot more than headlines. They went into co-parenting after the scandal, what it meant for their families, and whether Tristan ever wanted more children.
Theo is with Maralee, while Khloé shares True and Tatum Thompson with Tristan. Tristan is also a dad to Prince Thompson with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig—four children in total. And when asked if he plans to add to that family, Tristan made it clear the only path forward would be with Khloé.
Tristan, 35, said he would have more children only with Khloé because they still have two frozen embryos left after welcoming Tatum via surrogate in 2022. Then he added, “I already have enough baby mamas. I don’t want no more.”
Khloé laughed and called the decision “smart.” But she then disclosed the part that seemed to surprise everyone watching: she said she “forced” Tristan to get a vasectomy after the “love child” controversy.
“Who helped you fix that decision? That was me. Tristan might have had a little ultimatum from me,” Khloé said.
Tristan didn’t deny it. He said he got “neutered” after a conversation about the controversy. Then, jokingly but pointedly, he said, “sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table,” before reflecting on his own stubbornness.
“I’ve been a little hard-headed at times, more times than not, which I wish I wasn’t as stubborn. I learn from experience. Not as much as being told, which is unfortunate, but it’s part of life. It’s part of the journey. It is what it is.”
He also said he saved sperm “just in case” he does get married, changes his mind, and decides to have kids with his wife. But for now, Tristan said he’s done—unless it’s with Khloé.
As for the procedure itself, the Cleveland Cavaliers player said it “wasn’t bad,” adding that he watched Game 2 of the NBA Finals between the Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns in 2021.
And even with the embryos still in the picture, Tristan made one thing unmistakable: he does not plan to reverse the vasectomy. He told the audience he won’t “lie down on that table again.”

Isn’t a vasectomy like… a medical thing not a “make him” thing? Also the whole frozen embryos part sounds like sci-fi idk.
Wait so he says Khloé pushed him after the cheating scandal and now he won’t have more kids unless it’s with her… but they still have embryos left?? I’m confused, like why keep embryos if you’re done?
This reads like she tried to control his life because of the Maralee thing, but then they’re saying “smart” like it’s romantic??
