Katie Holmes and her boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky reportedly spent an “amazing summer” together and are quickly becoming close.
The couple has been out and about during 2026 New York Fashion Week, including stops at Net-a-Porter’s Incredible Women cocktail event on Thursday (September 10) held at Straker’s in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood, and later a Calvin Klein show.

A source recently told People that Katie and Jason have “become close pretty quickly.”
“Katie feels very comfortable with him. She’s having a lot of fun. They really enjoy spending time together and had an amazing summer,” they added.
Katie and Jason get cozy at multiple fashion events together
Katie wore a sleeveless black dress with black heels and a matching handbag to the Net-a-Porter cocktail hour. Jason coordinated in a black top, pairing it with white trousers and black shoes.
Cindy Crawford was also among the guests as Net-a-Porter celebrated her September PORTER cover. CEO Heather Kaminetsky hosted the event, which gave attendees an early look at chef Thomas Straker‘s new restaurant before its planned opening later this month.
The couple were also photographed holding hands while attending the Calvin Klein show on Friday (September 11). For that appearance, Katie wore a white button-down shirt with a long white skirt, while Jason wore a light-colored sweater and loose gray trousers.
Jason is an artist who works in painting and drawing. He earned his BFA at New York’s School of Visual Arts in 2010, according to his official biography. His work has been exhibited at institutions including the Brooklyn Museum and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.
The couple also attended the Cult Gaia show together earlier this week.
