Kathie Lee Gifford has put her waterfront Greenwich estate on the market for $100 million—an eye-popping figure for a home she and late husband Frank Gifford bought in 1994.
By the water in Greenwich, Kathie Lee Gifford’s private world is now going public—at a price tag that’s hard to ignore.
Gifford has listed her waterfront Connecticut mansion on Cedar Cliff for $100 million. The property spans 13,163 square feet and is described as a European-villa-style home, perched on the tip of a peninsula along the Long Island Sound.
The estate comes with eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plus a full set of amenities built for life that feels more like a retreat than a residence. There’s a pool, spa, fitness center, and tennis court, along with a private beach and a boat dock.
More room exists for the passions that turn a home into a legacy. The three-story east wing houses a movie theater, a professional recording studio, and a wine cellar—alongside the primary suite and a home office that both overlook the water.
Gifford and her late husband, football great Frank Gifford, bought the property in 1994. Frank, a Pro Football Hall of Famer, died in 2015. Kathie Lee later stepped away from her long-running role on “Today” in 2019 and moved to Nashville.
The listing also points to the kind of guest list the Giffords attracted over the years: Kevin Costner, Dolly Parton, Regis Philbin, and Donald Trump have all been cited among the celebrities who visited.
