Jasmine Pineda Details Divorce Settlement After Gino Split

“90 Day Fiancé” star Jasmine Pineda says her finalized divorce settlement with Gino Palazzolo proves she wasn’t with him for money, while also addressing accusations, alleged defamation, and a cease-and-desist issued by her attorney.
Jasmine Pineda is officially divorced from Gino Palazzolo, but she isn’t letting the story end quietly.
Less than a day after the news of the divorce finalization surfaced. Jasmine’s team released a statement on Saturday spelling out why she decided to speak now. The statement says Jasmine faced “intense public scrutiny and repeated accusations regarding her motives, her immigration status, and her character.”.
The team points to what it describes as the ugliest turning points in their relationship. It alleges that Gino sent naked photos of Jasmine to his ex, and that Jasmine’s side claims this incident caused her to lose a teaching job in her home country of Panama.
Jasmine’s side says the relationship began to break down further once she came to America on a K-1 fiancée visa. The statement says the couple separated after her arrival, and Jasmine ultimately filed for divorce.
One of the central claims in Jasmine’s update is about money—specifically, who is actually paying whom. Jasmine’s team says the final resolution of the divorce settlement shows she wasn’t with Gino for profit, arguing that Jasmine is paying him as part of the agreement.
Jasmine’s statement says she owes Gino “$500 per month until a total of $20,000 in spousal support has been paid.” Her team also frames that as context it says had been missing from the public conversation.
The statement reads: “After years of public claims that Jasmine was pursuing Gino for money. the legal resolution concluded with Jasmine providing financial support to Gino as part of the settlement. Jasmine believes that fact provides important context that had not previously been part of the public conversation.”.
It also addresses the fallout from the ongoing public back-and-forth. Jasmine says she feels she’s allegedly been defamed by several public statements, and she has hired an attorney—Andrew J. Tahmazian.
Tahmazian said in his statement: “The legal process has concluded. but my client’s right to protect her reputation has not. A formal cease-and-desist has been issued regarding statements we believe are false and defamatory. We hope no further legal action is necessary. but if these statements continue. we are fully prepared to enforce Jasmine’s rights through the appropriate legal process.”.
Jasmine’s statement ends on a forward-looking note. It says she simply wants to move on with her life while focusing on her family and career.
As the divorce played out, Jasmine filed for divorce last year, and the statement also notes that she ultimately had to serve Gino via the newspaper.
Gino has said opening up their marriage wrecked it, while Jasmine’s side argues the situation involved far more than that.
