Dickinson joined the show alongside her plastic surgeon, Beverly Hills-based Dr. Harrison Lee, and talked through her recent facial transformation. She framed it as a deliberate choice, saying she did her “due diligence” to find a doctor who could give her the right look.
Then she took aim at Jenner. Dickinson said she saw what “Kris’ doctor did and didn’t want the same for her,” and she went further—claiming her own facelift looks better than Jenner’s. She also compared Jenner’s cheeks to a gerbil storing food, adding sharp, personal insults to her critique.
Her comments landed with immediate reactions on set. Dickinson’s dig earned a chuckle from Dr. Lee, while Harvey and Charles gasped. The moment didn’t end there: Harvey and Charles asked Dr. Lee if he would have approached Kris’ facelift differently than the plastic surgeon who worked on Jenner.
