Jack Osbourne snaps at body shamers: “Get f**ked”

Jack Osbourne took to TikTok to slam body shamers and pushed back on claims he’s “grossly underweight” or facing a “health crisis,” stressing he hasn’t lost weight since finishing “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!” six months ago. He also criticized a jour
Jack Osbourne didn’t hold back on TikTok.
On Tuesday. the 40-year-old—Ozzy Osbourne’s youngest son—went live to call out body shamers who have been ripping into him for shedding weight. “I cannot believe I’m actually having to make this f**king video. If I see one more article written about me saying how I’m ‘sick. ’ I’m ‘grossly underweight. ’ ‘what’s going on?’ ‘health crisis Jack.’ It’s f**king insane.”.
He then made a point that he says is being missed in the coverage: he isn’t suddenly thinner since his recent TV run. Osbourne said he’s “lost no weight” since wrapping his run on reality show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!. six months ago. “I’ve been the same f**king weight. The only difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy mustache. That’s the only f**king difference, okay?”.
Zooming out, Osbourne said the real change has happened more gradually. Over “the past three and a half years,” he claimed he’s quietly shed weight. “I’ve been consistently but slowly losing weight for the last three and a half years. I shot up to about 220lbs about three and a half years ago and decided that I wanted to make some changes. So I did. What’s the big f**king deal?. I’m 5’8” and a half and 155lbs. It is perfectly healthy, okay?”.
The anger didn’t stop at general criticism. Osbourne also called out one journalist in particular, telling viewers he visited the person’s social media page. He said the page “apparently reads: ‘I like to eat.’” He went on: “Very f**king apparent, lady. Now, I’m not body shaming, but maybe we don’t throw stones, okay?. Try that out for size, honey.”.
Osbourne then escalated from words to an invitation. He told the journalist to come train with him at the “open mat” at his jiu jitsu gym to “see how f**king hard [he] train[s].”
He returned to his larger frustration—how the press treated his body when he was heavier. and how it’s treating him now that he says he’s reached a healthy weight. “This is insane and the fact that I even have to say this blows my mind. My entire life, I was just brutalized by the press about being overweight. And the fact that I get down to a healthy weight, now I’m criticized even more?. Get f**ked. This is why no one trusts the press. Especially people like [journalist mentioned above].”.
After laying it all out, Osbourne told viewers to watch his full rant.
Jack isn’t the only Osbourne sibling whose appearance has become a topic of public debate. In the wake of their father Ozzy’s death last year. Jack’s older sister Kelly has shed a noticeable amount of weight. and many people have expressed concern about her health—while others have been less sympathetic.
In March. Kelly posted on Instagram calling out fans for “kicking” her while she’s “clearly going through something.” She wrote: “There is a special kind of cruelty in harming someone who is clearly going through something. kicking me while I’m down. doubting my pain. spreading my struggles as gossip. and turning your back when I need support and love most. None of it proves strength; it only reveals a profound absence of compassion and character. I’m currently going through the hardest time in my life. I should not even have to defend myself. But I won’t sit here and allow myself to be dehumanized in such a way!”.

People need to mind their business. If he’s underweight then doctors should handle it, not TikTok weirdos.
I swear they always pick apart celebrities for everything. But also like… 155 at 5’8” sounds pretty low? Not sure though. He’s mad because the internet noticed, which is kinda the point.
Wait so he says he hasn’t lost weight since some show, but then he’s like “slowly losing weight for 3 and a half years” which means he DID lose weight? I’m confused lol. Also that mustache thing is weirdly specific, like that fixes anything.
The headline makes it sound like he’s just mad at body shamers but he’s also basically confirming he got thinner. And he’s saying it’s healthy, sure, but “health crisis” is crazy to assume from a pic. Journalists are annoying though, I’d block them too.
