The stream, hosted on the platform Kick, offered a direct view before and during the operation. Doctors performed the rhinoplasty for approximately two hours, and the broadcast drew thousands of viewers throughout.
The surgical procedure was carried out by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer, also known as Dr. Miami, who is well known on social media. In the livestream, he could be seen speaking to Peters ahead of the planned work about asymmetry and how noses often don’t match perfectly.
“Nobody on earth is perfectly symmetrical. Everybody is slightly asymmetrical. Nostrils are like sisters or brothers, they’re not identical twins. Your left nostril is slightly wider than your right nostril. Both of them are just slightly wide by beauty standards,” the doctor said.
He then described what he planned to change. “What I’m going to do this morning is take in a tiny bit of the nostril over here. a little more on this side than that side. Just a tiny bit. to bring them closer together and get us as close as we can to what people would consider the perfect beauty standard.”.

Clavicular’s livestream comes as he continues to draw attention for his “looksmaxxing” approach—an effort to chase peak physical appearance. In earlier comments. he said the idea isn’t limited to major plastic surgery. telling Piers Morgan that “it can be as simple as losing weight…even going on a diet. which I’m sure is something that you’ve done previously. is part of looksmaxxing. It’s not just these super intensive plastic surgeries or these cosmetic procedures.”.
He also recently spoke out after a suspected overdose.
