Rapaport shared the news during a September 3 episode of his “I Am Rapaport” podcast. Additionally, the U.S. Sun reported that the Fantasy Football League, which has featured many celebrity guests, is set to close.
Rapaport said on the podcast, “The Stern Show Fantasy Football League is defunct … it’s done.”
He also described the League as one of the most recognizable fantasy football competitions tied to a radio program. “One of the greatest fantasy football leagues, the world’s most famous fantasy football leagues while I was in it,” Rapaport added.
The actor talked about his role in the show. He joked that he had helped make the show a major highlight among fans. “I took that thing from the bottom to the top, made it a viral sensation that people ask me about every single day,” he said.
