Gypsy Rose Blanchard: Prison kisses with women pass time

Gypsy Rose Blanchard says Mackenzie Shirilla’s hookups and kisses in prison are a way to “pass time,” arguing it’s common and offering a specific suggestion: older inmates taking her under their wing.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard isn’t shy about talking to the camera about what life can look like behind bars—and her latest comments about Mackenzie Shirilla are blunt, too.
On the TMZ Podcast. Gypsy sat down with Charlie Neff and reacted to the idea of Shirilla kissing women in prison. Gypsy said Mackenzie having girlfriends in prison is “pretty standard. ” but she framed it as something with a limited purpose: making the days go by. In her telling, kissing is one way to fill time rather than a life-altering connection.
She also added that what Mackenzie needs is more than just a hookup. Gypsy suggested it would do “a lot of good” if an older inmate took Mackenzie under her wing—pointing to her own experience as proof it can help.
Gypsy then addressed the details of her own past relationships in prison, saying she “kissed plenty of women in the slammer,” while insisting it “never went past first base.”
The conversation also turned to the bigger timeline facing Shirilla. Gypsy pointed out that Mackenzie has at least 15 years to “kill” after being convicted of killing her boyfriend and their friend in a car crash. And Gypsy said she would never connect with Mackenzie if she gets out on parole.

Wild they’re acting like prison makeout tips.
So she’s saying it’s “standard” like that makes it normal?? Also 15 years to “kill”?? I’m confused, that sounds like some weird wording.
I honestly don’t think it’s about “passing time” it’s just… she wants attention. Like older inmates taking her under their wing? That sounds like grooming but I guess people will twist it either way. And “never went past first base” is an insane detail to say on camera.
Prison is prison, people gonna do what they do. But the parole part got me like wait, she’s not supposed to talk to her or connect if she gets out? Sounds like the system will do whatever it wants anyway. Also I heard something else on another clip that Mackenzie was totally different from what they’re saying here so idk, just messy.
