Google Workspace discounts run to end-2026

Google Workspace promo codes for June 2026 are tied to discounts that last until the end of 2026, with savings of up to 14% on a plan for the first three months. The deals are meant to lower the cost of Google’s Gemini-powered productivity suite—whether you’re
For anyone paying full price for email, cloud storage, and meetings, June 2026 brings a familiar kind of relief: a chance to buy Google Workspace at a discount—without waiting until next year.
Google is offering Workspace discounts until the end of 2026, allowing customers to save up to 14 percent on a plan for their first three months. The savings are available when you use one of the coupon codes linked through Google’s promotion.
Workspace is positioned as a modern productivity suite built around Google Docs, Drive, and Gmail, and it’s been evolving to include an AI infusion via Gemini. Google has also simplified its offerings across a wide range of customers, from massive corporations to individual users.
All three relevant Workspace plans—Starter, Standard, and Plus—come with access to the full slate of Workspace apps, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Meet. Even the cheapest Starter plan includes access to other apps inside the Workspace suite, including NotebookLM and Gemini.
The differences are where the decision gets real. Storage separates the tiers most sharply: Starter includes 30GB per user. Standard jumps to 2TB per user. and Plus bumps that up to 5TB per user. Across all plans. storage sits in a shared pool. so each additional user increases the total pool of storage available to the organization.
Gemini is another divider. Starter includes Gemini in Gmail and Vids, while Standard (and Plus) includes Gemini across the full suite—Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet, and Chat.
There’s also a sharper line in what Starter leaves out. Starter doesn’t support e-signatures in Docs, and it doesn’t include advanced Meet features such as noise cancellation. Still. it offers the core pieces most people want: a custom domain in Gmail. up to 100 participants in Meet. and access to the full Google suite of productivity apps.
Standard is framed as the “Workspace proper” option for teams that expect to grow. It cuts the limitations seen in Starter: Gemini is available across the full suite. Meet features like noise cancellation are available. and calls can host up to 150 participants. Standard also expands access to NotebookLM, with different chat modes and up to 20 generative audio overviews per day.
Google also offers an Enterprise plan, but it isn’t presented as a self-serve option. Enterprise is only available if you contact Google’s sales team. There isn’t a minimum number of users on any of the plans. and the bottom three options—Starter. Standard. and Plus—support up to 300 users. If you need more than that, you’d need Enterprise.
The promotional message is straightforward: if you want the best price, you need a Google Workspace promo code. And in this case. the discount window is clearly defined—through the end of 2026—so shoppers looking at June 2026 aren’t being told to wait and see. They’re being asked to click the promo codes tied to the offer and lock in savings for the first three months.

So basically I get cheaper Gmail if I type a code? Cool I guess.
Up to 14% is nice but it says first three months… so why is it “run to end-2026” then? Like they tricking you with a promo that ends later or am I missing something.
Gemini is in it now so does that mean my emails start getting AI read or whatever? I just wanted storage, not extra spying. Also “shared pool storage” sounds like everyone in the company can use all of it which is kinda scary.
I always thought Starter didn’t have the good stuff but they said it includes NotebookLM and Gemini even on the cheapest plan?? I’m confused because I saw another article that said it’s only on Standard. Also 30GB vs 2TB… 2TB feels like too much unless it’s for like big businesses, not my little stuff. Still might grab the code for June 2026 though.
