A GoFundMe has been started for the family of the victim of Saturday’s fatal shooting in Roxbury.

Junior Manuel Sosa Fernández, 28, died in a hospital after being shot multiple times in front of 306 Warren St. around 9:20 p.m. on Saturday, police said.
Fernández was a “cheerful, kind, helpful, and big-hearted person,” a GoFundMe page said, in Spanish. He was “an excellent son, grandson, and friend who deeply loved his mother and grandmother.”
His death has left “a huge void in all those who loved him,” the fundraising page said.
As of Wednesday night, the GoFundMe had raised nearly $7,000 of its goal of $10,000 to cover funeral and transportation costs.
The alleged shooter, Jarrid Campbell Jr., 23, of Randolph, is charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bail.
