Free Kids Meals Return at Nationals Park This Summer

Free meals – Kids 12 and younger will again be able to get one free meal at Nationals Park this summer, with families able to redeem the offer by scanning tickets and picking up food at designated locations before the seventh inning.

For many families, a trip to Nationals Park can mean calculating costs before the first pitch. This summer, the team is giving parents a little breathing room: free meals are back for kids at home games.

Children 12 and younger can each receive one free meal at Nationals home games through the summer. Each meal includes one hot dog, a bag of chips, and a bottle of water. The promotion also offers options for families looking for vegetarian or gluten-free meals.

To get the food, an adult must scan their ticket with their children present at one of the designated spots before the end of the seventh inning at home games. The offer runs at home games all summer, with pickup tied to that seventh-inning deadline.

The redemption locations are spread across the park, including Kids Eat Free kiosks by Sections 111 and 143. Families can also pick up the free meal at the Nats Snacks stand at Section 229. where the vegetarian option is available. and at the Kids Eat Free stand at Section 320. where the vegetarian option is also available. For gluten-free meals, the free-food pickup is at Arepa Zone at Section 148.
