Four World Cup Matches Set for Sunday, June 21

Sunday, June 21 brings four 2026 FIFA World Cup matches across Atlanta, Los Angeles, Miami, and Vancouver—each with key group implications. Here’s the full schedule and the main ways to watch live, including options that are available for free trials.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup is still in its early stretch, but Sunday, June 21 already has the kind of slate that can swing a group in a single afternoon. With 48 teams competing for the No. 1 spot in the world, fans get four matches across both English- and Spanish-language broadcasts.

Spain vs. Saudi Arabia kicks off first on Sunday, June 21 at 12 p.m. ET. The match is scheduled for Atlanta Stadium at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA. It’s a Group H matchup with Spain and Saudi Arabia both on 1 point.

Belgium vs. IR Iran follows at 3 p.m. ET from Los Angeles Stadium at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. This Group G game also has both teams tied on 1 point.

At 6 p.m. ET, Uruguay takes on Cabo Verde at Miami Stadium (Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL). Uruguay and Cabo Verde enter this Group H fixture level on 1 point.

The night concludes at 9 p.m. ET as New Zealand faces Egypt at BC Place in Vancouver, BC. It’s another Group G match, with New Zealand and Egypt sitting on 1 point apiece.

Group G stays tightly packed. Belgium, Iran, Egypt, and New Zealand are all on one point after draws in their opening matches. Group H mirrors that tension: Spain, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay, and Cabo Verde are all tied on 1 point heading into Sunday’s games.

For viewers planning their watch list, the World Cup can be watched on Fox and FS1, with Spanish-language broadcasts available on Telemundo and Universo.

Streaming options include FOX One, which currently offers a three-day trial. Free trials are also available through services like YouTube, Fubo, and DirecTV. Sling TV provides access to Fox and FS1 in select markets, but it does not currently offer a free trial.

Spanish-language streaming is handled through Peacock, which will stream all 104 matches live. Telemundo will air 92 matches, with the remaining 12 airing on Universo.

The tournament itself is spread across 16 stadiums in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, setting up a weekend schedule that’s already proving it won’t be a slow burn.

  1. Spain and Saudi Arabia both on 1 point already?? That feels like it’s gonna be rigged or something lol. Also 12 pm is way too early.

  2. So Uruguay vs Cabo Verde is in Miami at 6 and then New Zealand vs Egypt at 9… but is that local time or ET? I’m confused because the article says ET but it’s also Canada.

  3. You can watch on Fox and Telemundo and also Peacock?? It’s like 6 different apps and none of them actually work without paying. I tried YouTube for a “free trial” once and it made me upgrade anyway, so who knows.
