On the London Stock Exchange, the shares were trading 6.95 percent
at 438.50 pence. Profit before tax for the year rose to 53.89 million pounds, from 40.83 million pounds last year. Profit after tax from continuing operations went up to 45.60 million pounds, from 33.92 million pounds in the previous year. Earnings per share for 2026 were 40.3 pence, compared to 29.5 pence in 2025. Adjusted Earnings per share were 46.4 pence, in comparison with 40.9 pence a year ago. Adjusted profit went up to 52.53 million pounds, from 47.04 million pounds in the prior year.
Revenue for the year increased to 164.92 million pounds, from 149.65 million pounds in the prior year. In addition, the Board of the company declared a final dividend payment of 19.0 pence per share, which will be paid on on 2 October 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 17 September 2026, and a record date of 18 September 2026. The final dividend combined with the interim dividend totals up to a dividend of 27.1 pence per share, which was 24 pence last year. Looking ahead,
