  1. This reads like the usual “could be delayed” stuff. But doesn’t that mean ClinActiv is kinda stuck until the paperwork is done? I hate these vague timelines.

  2. Wait “final consideration” like an NDA payment?? Like they finally paid ClinActiv and now everything’s locked in. Also why is it on SEDAR+ like I’m supposed to know that site lol. Sounds shady but maybe it’s normal.

  3. I’m confused… it keeps saying the arrangement might not happen, but also “anticipated timeline” like it’s coming. So are the shareholders about to get screwed or what? Global market conditions is such a cop-out answer, everyone says that when they don’t know.
