‘Evidence Of Insanity’: Lawrence O’Donnell Exposes Disturbing Trend In Trump’s Posts

MS NOW host Lawrence O’Donnell dug into President Donald Trump’s unhinged Labor Day weekend posting spree, suggesting it indicated something deeper about the president’s mental acuity and state of mind.

O’Donnell first highlighted an AI-generated post where Trump is seen changing the name of New Mexico to “New America” before dancing to the Village People’s “Y.M.C.A.”

“What is that, if not evidence of insanity? Donald Trump posted that. Donald Trump and Natalie Harp posted that,” O’Donnell said.

O’Donnell added that the video was a clear sign of Trump’s mental decline and that he would have never posted it during his first term. The host also noted that it is not within the president’s power to change the name of a state.

“It appears the president of the United States is insane,” O’Donnell said. “And that is the single biggest news story in the world.”

Among other weekend posts highlighted by O’Donnell were an AI picture of Trump as wrestler Hulk Hogan, Trump riding a horse with George Washington, Trump aboard a naval ship overseeing military strikes, a ranking of U.S. presidents with himself at the top, and a map proclaiming the Strait of Hormuz to be U.S. territory.

In response to the Strait of Hormuz image, O’Donnell said: “Not a single elected Republican anywhere in the country objected to that in any way and the news media didn’t mention it because they have all grown used to the madness and delusions of Donald Trump.”

O’Donnell then urged defenders of Trump to present evidence explaining the bizarre social media behavior. The host pointed out that no Republican lawmaker and no administration official has presented any such evidence.
