Eric Trump Threatens Suit Over False China Report

Eric Trump says he’s suing MS Now and host Jen Psaki after what he calls a false China-related report about his alleged board role at ALT5.

Eric Trump isn’t following the usual family script of just watching his father take the legal swings. On Friday, he took to X to promise action of his own, saying he’s about to sue MS Now and its host, Jen Psaki, over what he claims is a false report about him in China.

The dispute centers on a segment Eric says Psaki aired on MS Now.. In his post. he accused the network of pushing a false story involving his alleged position on the board of a company called ALT5. a business that the coverage purportedly ties to efforts to do business with China.. Eric’s complaint. as he framed it. is that the report implied he was leveraging his father’s role as commander-in-chief to make money in China through his business ventures.

Eric also addressed his presence on a recent trip to Beijing, where President Trump met with Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping in the capital. Eric was at his father’s side during the visit, and in the same X exchange he made the point that he was there as a “loving son” who adores his father.

On X, Eric said he has no business interests in China. He also put Psaki and MS Now on notice that he is preparing to sue, writing that Psaki and her network should expect legal consequences for what he describes as their coverage.
