Could Million Dollar Nannies Cross With Mormon Wives?

Taylor Hayward says she’d love a crossover between Million Dollar Nannies and The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, sparked by a Hulu intro video that Taylor Frankie Paul commented on. Her fiancé, Mitchell Bienvenue, also shares optimism while hinting the nannies’

When Million Dollar Nannies viewers first met NannyTok, it didn’t just introduce a new cast—it fed the appetite for crossovers that reality fans dream about every season. Now, one star is talking openly about the possibility of blending worlds with The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

Taylor Hayward, a lead on the Hulu series streaming now, said she caught a Hulu video that introduced all the cast and Taylor Frankie Paul, and that Paul “out of nowhere” commented. Hayward told Us Weekly she loved the moment, saying, “She’s Team Taylor and I love her so much.”

That single interaction quickly turned into something bigger. Hayward said she already felt a connection to Paul. adding that she’d love a crossover in the most specific way—nannying. “I would love nothing more than to do a crossover and nanny for her and just to meet her in general. She ended up following me so maybe something will be there for me.”.

Hayward’s fiancé, Mitchell Bienvenue, also sounded hopeful about the idea. He recalled meeting some of the people behind the other reality world at an event and said he thinks a crossover could be an “opportunity” if the chance ever shows up. “We met some of them at an event,” he said. “If we found ourselves in a situation down the road where there’s a potential crossover. I think it’s a great opportunity.”.

Still, the crossover talk lands on top of a season built on pressure and fallout. Million Dollar Nannies follows a young group of elite nannies as they head to Ibiza to launch an agency built for nannies. The official synopsis promises “VIP families. life-changing money. and a shot at something bigger than any of them could build alone. ” while warning that “fierce competition. personal drama. and a scandal from the past threaten to derail the dream before the summer sets.”.

Hayward, heading into the show with lower expectations than she’s used to admitting, described her main concern as vulnerability. “I have watched a lot of reality TV before but [going into this I was concerned about] the vulnerability about being so vulnerable and alone. ” she shared with Us. “I just didn’t have high hopes for it. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect out of it.”.

For Bienvenue, the appeal of the series was also about putting the job in a different light. He pointed to the reality that working with families can bring unexpected requests, and he emphasized staying grounded. “When you’re in this industry and you’re working with these families. you never know what requests might come through. But at the end of the day. you have to stay true to who you are and to not overextend yourself in situations you don’t want to.”.

The show’s relationships, though, have their own storyline that doesn’t vanish after filming. Bienvenue teased where the cast stands now, hinting that not everything wrapped neatly. “Things ended in a little bit of a rocky place in certain situations amongst us,” he said. “There’s definitely tight friend groups within all eight of us.”.

He added that the group dynamic has shifted since then, with new friendships forming while the overall cast stays close. “Now, it’s been interesting to see new friendships form and we all stay relatively close. But I think there’s definitely stronger friend groups amongst the overall cast than others.”.

Then he left one more opening for the fans who keep receipts. Bienvenue said, “There’s a lot of things that are still to be spoken about and there’s a lot of things that can still find its way of clearing the air.”

Season 1 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. another Hulu reality hit that follows a group of Mormon mom influencers. debuted on Hulu in September 2024 following star Taylor Frankie Paul’s “soft swinging” sex scandal. Fans have already watched the cast change on and off screen before the series even debuted.

For now. Million Dollar Nannies remains the live proving ground—streaming now on Hulu—while its stars let the crossover conversation hang in the air. equal parts fan service and genuine curiosity about what could happen if Taylor Hayward’s “Team Taylor” moment becomes a bigger plan. In the meantime. Bienvenue’s hint about what’s still “to be spoken about” suggests their own story has never really stopped moving. either.

  1. So the Hulu intro just magically makes them want to do a crossover? feels like PR spinning up already. Also “nanny for her” is weirdly specific lol.

  2. I read this like Mormon Wives are gonna become nannies?? or is it like nannies meet Mormons. honestly I’m confused. Taylor Frankie Paul follows her so that means it’s happening, right? unless Hulu forces it.

  3. Crossovers in reality shows always feel fake to me, like they just want the ratings bump. But I guess if the cast met at an event then anything’s possible. Not sure why the title says “cross with Mormon wives” like it’s some kind of dating app lol.
