opinion, corruption, within and without
Corruption is everywhere lol.
Not sure what they’re even talking about, but “within and without” sounds like blaming everybody. Like is this about Pembroke or the whole country? Feels like those ads taking over the page kinda sums it up.
I think it’s basically like when someone gets in office and suddenly they’re “corrupted” by outside money, right? But then the article probably says it’s also “within” so… which one is it? Either way, it’s always the same crowd protecting themselves. Probably started when they cut checks to someone’s cousin or something.
This headline alone already makes me mad. Like corruption within and without means they can’t even decide if it’s the government or businesses or the cops or whoever. I didn’t read the whole thing, but “opinion” usually means they’re just mad about a situation and trying to sound deep. Also all the repeated “Advertisement” stuff—sounds like the media is part of it too, honestly.
