Cops Called Again as Victoria Tries Returning to Sandoval Home

A breakup that already brought police to Tom Sandoval’s Los Angeles home is now playing out like a rerun—because law enforcement was called again just hours after the first visit.

Law enforcement sources say LAPD officers responded to Sandoval’s home around 5:30 PM Saturday after Victoria Lee Robinson attempted to return. The woman told officers she had a friend there to pick up more of her belongings, but Sandoval allegedly wasn’t letting them in.

Officers arrived, the sources say, to keep the peace. No one was arrested.

The reason behind Robinson’s attempt to come back is at the center of the dispute. Sandoval reportedly believed Robinson was planning to return. But sources close to Robinson insist she wasn’t coming back herself. They say she intended to send a mover named Miguel instead.

Miguel told TMZ he called Robinson on speakerphone because she planned to meet him at the house. Miguel claims Sandoval overheard Robinson telling him she was on her way. According to Miguel. Sandoval became visibly distressed after hearing that and called 911 because he feared Robinson and others were going to enter the home and they would be arrested.

This second police response arrives hours after the encounter TMZ first reported—when Sandoval and Robinson were both outside the home while she appeared to be moving out, and video captured Robinson screaming at him.

The situation escalated earlier this month when Robinson was arrested after Sandoval told police she allegedly hit him. Video obtained by TMZ shows Robinson’s father, Will Robinson, shoving Sandoval before Sandoval shoves him back. Will then lost his balance and fell into a lit fire pit.

Earlier this week, a TRO was granted against both Victoria Lee Robinson and Will Robinson, ordering them to leave the home. Will later filed for a TRO against Tom Sandoval as well, but a judge denied it, saying Robinson needed to show more reason for why the TRO should be granted.

For now, the boxes may be leaving. The conflict, though, is far from unpacked.
