Conn. man dies after fall from MSG upper deck

Conn. man – A 51-year-old Connecticut man, identified as Paul Kueker of Niantic, died after he was found unconscious and unresponsive following a fall from an upper deck during a Saturday-night concert at Madison Square Garden, police said.
A concert at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night turned into a tragedy when a man was found unconscious and unresponsive after a suspected fall from an upper deck.
New York City police said officers were called to a 911 report around 9:51 p.m. They found the 51-year-old man with injuries indicating he had fallen from an “elevated position.” Police did not say how far he fell, but they said the incident occurred in Section 300.
The man was identified as Paul Kueker of Niantic, Connecticut. Officers said he was with his wife. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said they do not suspect foul play.
The rock band Goose was performing at the time. In a Facebook statement, the band said it was “deeply saddened and heartbroken to learn of the tragic event that occurred.”
