Clodagh McKenna has shared a glimpse inside the grounds of her home in the UK, as she transformed it to a sustainable and stunning haven. Clodagh lives in Broadspear Cottage, which is located on the grounds of Highclere Castle – which is also the setting of iconic show Downton Abbey. The celebrity chef has restored much of the old garden walls and outbuildings in order to create her dream garden space, which is complete with spaces to grow fruit and vegetables as well as a
pickling shed. She and her husband Harry Herbert also created an Irish pub on the grounds, in order to host friends and family. The couple haven’t done many renovations on their house, but instead put their focus in the garden. “We are both quite connected and rooted in the outdoors,” Clodagh told Dermot Bannon on Celebrity Super Spaces. “We both love getting involved and making this place healthy. “That takes time, and you cannot rush nature.” See inside the stunning space through our gallery below.
