Clarkson’s Farm host reveals aggressive prostate cancer diagnosis

Jeremy Clarkson shared that he has been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer on a new episode of Clarkson’s Farm, telling Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland he knew since May and is confident he’ll be fine.

Jeremy Clarkson didn’t come back to the set with a joke or a plan—he came back with a biopsy and a diagnosis.

In a Wednesday (June 17) episode of Prime Video’s Clarkson’s Farm. the 66-year-old TV personality sat down with co-stars Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland to tell them what happened after he “disappeared off the other week.” He said he had a biopsy. that it showed cancer. and that it is “aggressive. ” while adding that it’s “really early.”.

Clarkson also made clear he had been carrying the information for a while. He said he’s known about the cancer “since May.” Before the episode aired, he told his colleagues, “I promise I’ll be fine.”

He later confirmed he was dealing with prostate cancer, explaining that “The prostate, 10% of it is dead, the 10% where the cancer is.”

The emotional moment lands on screen against the backdrop of a show known for its calm country atmosphere. Ahead of the new episode’s release. Clarkson took to Instagram and wrote: “Sombre news – Clarkson’s Farm. ordinarily we try to keep the show bucolic and charming. and cheerful. but two episodes which drop in the middle of the night tonight are. they’re none of those things. really.”.

The episode was apparently filmed sometime between 2024 and 2025.
