By the time Chud The Builder stepped into court with his request, the fight wasn’t just about what happened during his arrest—it was also about what he says he’s been locked out of ever since.

Chud is making an emotional plea to get his Ford truck back. claiming officers seized it during his recent arrest but have not returned it. according to court documents. In the papers obtained June 1, 2026, he asked that his 2018 white Ford F250 be turned over to him. The vehicle was taken into custody by cops after his May arrest.

Chud says the seized car was not contraband or evidence connected to the arrest. He says his fiancée needs the pickup to get around. tying the legal dispute to everyday life rather than courtroom strategy.

The truck request lands in the middle of a much heavier case. As previously reported, Chud was involved in a shooting outside a Tennessee courthouse. After the incident. he was arrested and charged with Criminal Attempt: Murder. Employing a Firearm During Dangerous Felony. Aggravated Assault. and Reckless Endangerment with a Deadly Weapon.

The pressure around the case has not eased. Chud’s bond was recently lowered to $1 Million after he claimed bond companies were afraid to get involved in the matter.

All of it—charges. bond. and the missing pickup—rests on one central claim: Chud’s insistence that the truck is being held for no proper reason. His petition asks the court to intervene so the truck can be returned to him. framed not as a convenience. but as something he says his fiancée needs and that he says he’s been denied without justification.
