Teenager Charlie Noble pictured after Bracklinn Falls death

A 16-year-old who died at a popular nature spot has been pictured. Tributes have been paid after the death of Charlie Noble who died at Bracklinn Falls near Callander, Scotland. Emergency crews rushed to the scene on Thursday (May 28) when an alarm was raised around 6.45pm. The Record reports that police received a report of concern for a person and upon attendance the body of the teenager was recovered from the water. The force said his death is not being treated as suspicious. A

report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal following the incident at the series of waterfalls on the Keltie Water near Callander in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Following his tragic death, tributes were posted across social media by all those who knew him. His dad, Tam Noble, changed his profile picture to a lovely photo of his son in the hours afterwards.   1. Not suspicious but still sad as hell. I saw the heatwave thing and automatically thought it was just everybody acting careless. Also like, 6:45pm alarm raised… how quick can they even find someone in that water?

  2. My cousin said the water was basically “fine” earlier in the day, so I don’t get it. Like he fell in? or they were swimming? It says report of concern for a person but that could mean anything. Either way thoughts to Tam, but I just wish they’d post better info instead of waiting on paperwork.

  3. Heatwave + waterfalls + teenagers = recipe for disaster, unfortunately. I remember seeing stuff about people dying in water this week and it’s like every state has the same headline. If it’s not being treated as suspicious then what, just bad luck? Feels like the media kinda rushed naming him too, but I guess families want updates.
