Charli XCX kicks off Music, Fashion, Film tour

Charli XCX will launch her Music, Fashion, Film North American tour on September 11, ending October 23, with underscores joining on select shows. The album arrives July 24, and a limited run of $20 “angel tickets” goes on sale in August.
On X, Charli XCX sounded like someone counting down the hours to a room full of people again. “wait i miss partying together, maybe we should again sooooooon,” she wrote ahead of the announcement that she’s taking Music, Fashion, Film on the road.
The tour is built to match the album’s title—an era described through its own singles, ‘Rock Music’ and ‘SS26’. Music, Fashion, Film is set to arrive on July 24, after a stretch of festival appearances that included Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and Reading.
The North American trek begins September 11 and runs through October 23. underscores will provide support across the dates. joining Charli at multiple stops marked with an asterisk—shows at Philadelphia’s Xfinity Mobile Arena; Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on September 14 and September 15; Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on September 21; Boston’s TD Garden on September 24; Washington. DC’s Capital One Arena on September 28; Austin. TX at Austin City Limits Music Festival on October 2 and again on October 9; Atlanta’s State Farm Arena on October 6; San Diego’s Viejas Arena on October 14; Los Angeles at The Kia Forum on October 17 and October 18; Glendale. AZ at Desert Diamond Arena on October 21; and Las Vegas at MGM Grand Garden Arena on October 23.
Charli is also putting a small economic promise in the middle of the announcement. For the upcoming tour, she’s introducing “angel tickets,” a limited number of $20 tickets that will be made available in August. More details are expected soon.
The schedule itself reads like a nationwide circuit of venues and festival stages. It starts with Lollapalooza in Chicago on Jul 31. Then comes Outside Lands in San Francisco on Aug 7, followed by Reading Festival in Reading, England on Aug 28 and Leeds Festival in Leeds, England on Aug 29.

Wait I thought underscores was the opening act already? I swear I saw something else where it was a different band, but maybe I’m mixing it up with Charli’s last tour. Either way $20 tickets in August sounds too good to be true.
Charli missing “partying together” like that’s gonna pay for the economy… $20 angel tickets in August, then the rest is like $300+ anyway. Also Toronto date is after Philly and Brooklyn so I guess she’s doing the East Coast then west, unless the asterisks mean something technical? Idk.
