I think that he’s so good for the defensive line and the defense in general just by bringing that veteran leadership. that consistency. Having a Hall of Fame guy in the locker room that guys can bounce questions off of. they know what it looks like. ‘Hey, if I want to play this long, it looks like Cam Jordan. Do what he does.’”.
On the field. Jordan’s 10.5 sacks last season give the Saints something tangible to lean on in what could become a meaningful swan song. So wait is this 16th season counting as his last year or like he’s staying forever? The article says “final year” but also “doesn’t feel like a farewell” which makes zero sense to me. Either way 10.5 sacks is solid.
I love Cam Jordan but I don’t get how keeping one guy is “foundational” for 2026 lol. Saints been trying to make playoffs since forever, and it’s always the same excuses.
