In an interview on Friday. June 19. Frankie Lombardo—Bunnie’s ex-husband—shared that he still has feelings for his former wife after news broke that Bunnie. 46. and Jelly Roll. 41. have filed for divorce. Lombardo. 43. told Page Six. “We talk every day.” He then added that he “wouldn’t say no” to getting back together with Bunnie if she was open to the idea.
“There’s a lot of unfinished business between us. but I might be the only one who feels that way. ” Lombardo said. He described her as the one relationship that still sits heavy. “She was the only woman who ever broke my heart. I love her very much. I will never do anything to hurt her. I don’t think that’s ever going to go away.”.
Lombardo and Bunnie were married from 2009 to 2015. He also described their current dynamic as more than nostalgia. “We have an interesting friendship. Sometimes she still talks to me like she’s my wife and reprimands me,” he told Page Six. “Bunnie is my best friend.”

Bunnie. 46. said she and Jelly Roll. 41. were “never really been good at having disagreements.” She explained that in their early rhythm. neither of them would speak up—“he would be holding things in. and I would be holding things in”—which she called “a recipe for disaster.” She also said they’d preached having uncomfortable conversations for years. but that for the past year and a half they “kind of got away from that because we’re in a different life right now.”.
Bunnie pointed to one fight in particular as the breaking point: she said they argued on Mother’s Day in May, and that she told him to “file the f***ing divorce papers.”
