Wait is this the guy that got traded or am I mixing him up with someone else? Either way, I feel like fatherhood would make him faster on the ice because he’s trying to get home… unless the baby keeps him up, then it’s opposite. The quote about “watching him grow up too fast” is sweet but also like wow time flies. I don’t even watch hockey like that.
Man I read the headline and thought he “rushing home” like running from the game early or something. But it’s actually just family stuff, okay. Still, I bet the team loves that angle for PR.
