By 1:00 AM PDT on June 29. 2026. a new slice of the Taylor Parker case is again grabbing attention—this time through newly resurfaced body-cam footage showing Parker in an Oklahoma hospital. pleading with officers as they confront her about a murder that prosecutors say involved a pregnancy she had allegedly been pretending to carry.
In the video. obtained by TMZ from the Bowie County Court. investigators are seen at Parker’s bedside moments after the deadly events they describe. Parker tells hospital staff and law enforcement that she had just gone into labor while driving. Her voice and posture show strain as she tries to convince people around her that what’s happening is consistent with a real delivery.
But the officers don’t accept her story. They repeatedly state they already are certain she killed Reagan Simmons-Hancock and that she stole the baby out of Simmons-Hancock’s uterus. They press the question of why, referencing depression and medication as part of the situation they’re trying to understand.
Parker appears visibly distressed. Even as she insists she had just gone into labor, the law enforcement officers continue to make it clear they believe she committed the killings. At one point, they tell her, “we know you did it.”
Eventually, Parker breaks down. She begins to cry, saying she’s upset that her friend is now dead and that her “head’s been hurting.” She also adds that she had a stroke in 2015.
Prosecutors say Parker had been posing as pregnant for months before killing Simmons-Hancock. They allege Simmons-Hancock was more than eight months pregnant and that Parker removed the unborn child via a makeshift C-section.
The newborn later died, and Parker was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death. She is still awaiting her execution date and is currently the youngest woman on death row in Texas.

I saw that Netflix thing and I’m like… why are they acting shocked when the timeline is already known. Also they keep saying “stole the baby” which is crazy wording, but it’s still wild.
Wait so she’s saying she went into labor while driving?? That doesn’t even make sense to me because if the hospital is in Oklahoma then why is this being treated like it happened somewhere else. And “makeshift C-section” sounds like a movie scene, so I don’t know what to believe.
They told her “we know you did it” so fast… like okay but where’s the proof in the clip? She says her head’s hurting and had a stroke in 2015, so maybe meds or something messed her up, right? Not trying to excuse anything, just saying bodycam isn’t the whole story and people are gonna run with this Maternal Instinct stuff anyway.
