Bo Nickal Shouts Out Trump After White House KO

Bo Nickal celebrated UFC Freedom 250 at the White House by knocking out Kyle Daukaus in the first round and praising President Trump’s decision to host the event. Minutes after the win, Nickal also shook hands with Mark Zuckerberg at the arena.
Bo Nickal stepped into the center of the Octagon at UFC Freedom 250 with President Trump watching from just feet away—and after the bell, he made sure the shoutout landed.
After knocking out his opponent, Kyle Daukaus, Nickal used the microphone to address the moment directly. “It takes a special person with a lot of balls to do something like this. I have so much respect for him,” the fighter said, praising Trump for hosting the UFC event at the White House.
The 30-year-old then added, “It feels amazing. First and foremost. I gotta thank President Trump for making this happen.” He followed that by thanking UFC and its leadership. saying. “Thank you. Dana. all the UFC. everybody. This is unbelievable. It takes such a special person to be able to have the balls to do something like this. I have so much respect for him, had that for a long time. I’m just grateful to be here. Grateful to be a part of it.”.
Nickal’s performance did the talking before the compliments ever came. The 3x NCAA champion used wrestling early in the first round, then leaned into his stand-up late to put Daukaus away. It was a first-round knockout that kicked off a seven-fight card already turning into a highlight reel.
With the spectacle done and the walk back underway, Nickal didn’t head straight out—he made a pit stop. After leaving the Octagon, he walked over to Mark Zuckerberg, sharing a handshake and a few words with the Facebook founder and Meta CEO.
Up next on the card is Michael Chandler vs. Mauricio Ruffy.

So he yelled at Trump and then fought? Wild.
Idk why people are acting like this is normal. Like, Trump at the White House and Zuckerberg shaking hands?? Next thing you know Dana White’s gonna announce they’re starting a new political party with UFC.
I thought Zuckerberg was the one who wouldn’t go to stuff like that, but I guess he was there. Also “freedom 250” sounds like a wrestling event from a video game lol. Hope Chandler vs Ruffy doesn’t get overshadowed by the whole Trump thing.
Honestly I’m confused—was he thanking Trump for the KO or for the venue? Because it says he knocked the guy out and then immediately made it political. Also wouldn’t they have like Secret Service dragging him away if Trump’s that close? Something about it feels staged.
