B&M sells “glamour” garden chandelier for £14

Transforming your garden into a luxurious-looking outdoor retreat doesn’t necessarily have to come with a hefty price tag and B&M shoppers may have just found the latest bargain to prove it. The discount retailer, which operates more than 700 stores across the UK and Ireland, is selling a decorative garden accessory it claims will add a touch of “glamour”. Describing the Solar Powered Acrylic Crystal Chandelier , B&M said: “Bring some glamour to your outdoor space with this Mason & Jones Acrylic Crystal Chandelier. This
solar powered chandelier can be hung from branches and decking, adding style and sparkle to your garden. Auto on at dusk. No wiring required. Rechargeable battery included.” It is designed to resemble a miniature chandelier, with dozens of crystal-style beads cascading from a black metal frame to create a possibly eye-catching centrepiece. When illuminated, the bright white LEDs shine through the hanging beads, giving the ornament a sparkling appearance that could stand out in gardens, patios and outdoor seating areas. Suspended from a chain, the
chandelier-style light combines traditional elegance with outdoor functionality. Its ornate design and crystal-effect finish could help add a touch of luxury to pergolas, gazebos, porches or garden dining spaces, particularly after dark when the LEDs are switched on. Interested shoppers can find out more on the B&M website , where additional product details and images are available. The item is available for in-store purchase only, with home delivery not offered. Shoppers are advised to check stock levels at their local B&M branch using the retailer’s
online store finder before visiting. It bears a striking resemblance to similar alternatives available elsewhere on the market. Take B&Q, for example, which is selling the Solar Acrylic Crystal Chandelier for £24.99 – almost double the price of the B&M version. “The Taylor & Brown 28″ Tall Hanging Solar Powered Acrylic Crystal Chandelier Light is a sophisticated and eco-friendly lighting solution designed to beautify your yard, patio, or gazebo,” reads the product description on the B&Q website. “Featuring 30 cool white LED lights, this modern
chandelier creates an enchanting ambience for outdoor settings. “Crafted from durable acrylic materials, it withstands outdoor elements while maintaining its elegant charm.” It continues: “The solar-powered operation allows for effortless energy savings and easy installation without the need for wiring or electricity. Perfect for decorative purposes, it adds a touch of glamour and illumination to your garden or meadow area.”

£14 chandelier for outside?? Sounds like a fancy fairy light thing lol.
Auto on at dusk… so it just turns itself on? Kinda like my porch light but smaller. I saw the B&Q one too and I’m like why are they pricing the same stuff different? If it’s not “home delivery” then I gotta drive across town for sparkle.
Wait so it hangs from branches and decking, but also has a chain? I’m imagining it falling and then hitting the patio table. Also “rechargeable battery included” like where did the battery come from? This seems kinda dangerous? but maybe it’s fine idk.
Honestly the only part I care about is that it “resembles” the other one. That means it’s probably exactly the same design just cheaper marketing, right? £14 vs £24.99… I bet it’s all the same solar panel from China or whatever. Still though, glamour chandelier in the garden is kinda extra, but I get it. If it’s bright white LEDs at night, people will act like it’s luxury.
