Hotfire test went boom, shocker.
So they “experienced an anomaly” like that’s supposed to calm people down?? If there’s an explosion at Kennedy you’d think NASA would post something way faster. Also Jeff Bezos really can’t catch a break huh.
Wait I thought New Glenn was already flying? So is this like, sabotage or just a bad launch day? Yellow plume sounds like fuel or whatever igniting wrong. They say everyone accounted for which is good but “anomaly” makes it sound like a software glitch not an actual explosion.
Breaking news always says “hotfire test” like we’re supposed to know what that means. Is this the same rocket that Bezos was saying would change everything? If NASA hasn’t said anything yet, I’m guessing it’s something stupid like a sensor went out and then boom. Glad no one got hurt but this is the third space company thing I’ve seen blow up this year, I swear.
