This feels like they’re trying to give him an excuse without saying it. If he “got it wrong” then why is it on him to keep the job? Also Nasser Hussain always sounds mad for no reason lol.
I read “captaincy” and immediately thought of football, not cricket, so I’m confused. But if England dropped Stokes like the article hints, then they should just name a new captain and be done. The whole “decision has to be made by Stokes” part sounds like politics, not cricket.
