Bad Bunny Hits Germany, Nears $1 Billion Tour Milestone

Bad Bunny kicked off a two-night DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour run in Dusseldorf on June 20 at Merkur Spiel-Arena, as his career box office grosses surpassed $1 billion and his tour continues to climb with no U.S. shows so far.

Bad Bunny stepped onto the stage in Dusseldorf on Saturday night, June 20, launching the latest stop on his DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour at Merkur Spiel-Arena.

The concert marked the first of a two-night run in the city, putting him closer to the end of a worldwide tour that has been going on since November 2025.

Just days before this Germany appearance, the entertainer made another major mark: he became the first Latin artist to cross the $1 billion mark in total career grosses at the box office, a milestone highlighted by Billboard.

Boxscore figures show how quickly the momentum has piled up. Bad Bunny’s DeBí Tirar MáS FOToS World Tour has grossed $360 million and sold 2.4 million tickets in its first 41 shows. with the numbers current through his recent 10-show run at Madrid’s Riyadh Air Metripolitano (May 30–June 15). In Boxscore history. the tour is now the highest grossing and bestselling tour—while doing it without any shows in the USA.

The bigger picture is just as striking. Bad Bunny’s first batch of reported European shows, along with his World’s Hottest Tour, Most Wanted Tour and El Ultimo Tour del Mundo, and shows from 2017 to 2019, have earned him a combined $1/08 billion and 6.4 million tickets sold from 260 reported shows.

He’s also the first Latin artist to cross the billion-dollar mark, and the first artist to do it who does not perform in English.

Europe has been a major driver of those numbers, too. The artists’ first 14 of 29 shows in Europe have made the DeBí Tirar MáS FOToS World Tour the highest grossing and bestselling European leg of a tour by any Latin artist. There are still 15 more dates to be reported before the tour ends. and it’s already tracking to earn $450 million or more.

All of it lands with another entertainment landmark close behind: Bad Bunny is also voicing a character in the new movie Toy Story 5, which debuted in theaters this weekend.

  1. I don’t even understand the billion mark thing… is that like album sales? Either way good for him. Also Toy Story 5 already? feels fast.

  2. wait so he’s the first Latin artist to hit $1 billion at the box office but he “does not perform in English”?? That’s a weird qualifier. Like wouldn’t it be about demand and tickets not language. Either way 360 million in 41 shows sounds insane.

  3. Dusseldorf crowd must be nuts. I saw somewhere it says $1/08 billion which I’m guessing is a typo but idk, numbers get messed up. Also why does it say 2025 and then November 2025 tour?? My brain can’t keep up. Toy Story 5 with him though, that part I get.
