A music festival turned grim after the body of a new-born baby was found in portable toilets. Police are now hunting for information after the discovery was made at the Electric Forest festival, in Rothbury, Michigan . The baby was found on Sunday morning (June 28) as DailyStar reports the portable restroom was in the camping area of the annual music event, according to the state agency. “The body was discovered by an employee of the restroom vending company during routine maintenance,” officials said. According
to the agency there is no known threat to the public and no other details including the age of the baby have been disclosed. The festival at Double JJ Ranch, which features dozens of DJs and music artists , started on Thursday and is expected to wrap up on Sunday night according to its website. Michigan State Police posted a statement on X reading: “Michigan State Police can confirm that the body of a neonate was found in a portable restroom in the camping area
at the Electric Forest festival Sunday morning. “The body was discovered by an employee of the restroom vending company during routine maintenance. This is an ongoing investigation, and there is no further information to share at this time and there is no known threat to the public.” They added: “Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance.
