Descartes, AuditLog, transportation management solution, carrier selection, regulatory scrutiny, transparency, audit trail
So basically they added tracking so carriers can’t pull shady stuff right?
I don’t get why this is in the news, but “transparent carrier picks” sounds like they’re making it harder to rig who gets the routes. Also that forward-looking statement stuff is always a red flag lol.
Wait, isn’t AuditLog like that thing police use? I mean audit logs… so are they spying on drivers or something? The article reads like corporate legal text, so I’m guessing it’s not even about customers.
“Descartes adds AuditLog tools” sounds like a software update but they’re talking about stock price going down?? That’s weird. If they’re being transparent, why would the trading price decline “perhaps materially” like… doesn’t transparency help? Sounds like typical press release wording to me.
