When Wednesday’s three-hour “Survivor: In the Hands of the Fans” finale finally reached Los Angeles. the tension had nowhere left to hide. The final five had already battled through a high-stakes immunity challenge. and host Jeff Probst then revealed the outcomes of the remaining in-game fan votes—signals that would shape what came next.
The final five players were Aubry Bracco (Season 32. Season 34. Season 38). Jonathan Young (Season 42). Tiffany Ervin (Season 46). Joe Hunter (Season 48) and Rizo Velovic (Season 49). After the twists landed and the final challenge played out. Joe. Aubry and Jonathan were left standing for the final tribal council.
From there, the show turned the screws in classic “Survivor” fashion. The eliminated players grilled the finalists on the decisions they made across the monumental season. then cast their votes for the winner. But unlike past endings. the results were saved for the live finale portion. forcing everyone—finalists and viewers alike—to wait through the broadcast before learning who would claim the top prize.
The winner was Aubry. She took home the $2 million prize and a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser. Her victory came with eight votes, while Jonathan received three and Joe landed zero.
That vote count only landed after a full reunion stretch featuring the other returning castaways: Jenna Lewis-Dougherty. Kyle Fraser. Savannah Louie. Q Burdette. Mike White. Angelina Keeley. So Aubry really won 2 million and a Land Cruiser?? That is insane, I mean good for her.
Wait I thought Joe was gonna win, like everybody kept saying Joe had it. 8 votes for Aubry sounds made up tbh. Also the fan votes thing is confusing because who even knows what that means.
Jeff Probst making people wait till the live finale to see votes is so cruel lol. I didn’t even finish reading but I saw the $2 million and Toyota and figured she must’ve been the “best” one. Jonathan getting 3 and Joe getting zero tho… wow that’s brutal. I also saw something about Cirie getting Sia money? Like what is happening with that 😂
The article is kinda all over the place but I caught the part about 579 million minutes or whatever. Like is that real or just streaming hype? Also why are there so many seasons listed for Aubry, they mean different seasons or am I missing something. I swear Survivor fandom is just people voting on vibes, not strategy, then they act shocked when results come in.
