Ashley St. Clair Faces Scrutiny Over Musk Election Claims

Ashley St. Clair renewed her allegations against Elon Musk in a Monday TikTok, ranging from a “dark MAGA” black hat gift to claims about space-based “lasers,” America PAC’s election-night data, and fears tied to X and xAI—while saying she has messages and docu

Ashley St. Clair is back on TikTok, and this time her allegations about Elon Musk and the 2024 election are even more expansive—and unsettling.

In a new “get ready with me” video posted on Monday. the 27-year-old says she takes credit for the start of “dark MAGA. ” the black MAGA hat Elon Musk wore during election season that Ashley previously described as sparking a “cringe” movement. She claims she gifted Musk the hat while she was “just a few months pregnant” with their child. Ashley says she was trying to keep the pregnancy secret and stay out of the spotlight. but with Musk appearing on headlines for what she calls his “dark MAGA” stint. she says people started “putting together the dots.”.

She adds that sales for the black hat “went CRAZY” after Musk wore it in public. and she says it was shocking to see how a gift from her translated into money for the Trump campaign. From there, her claims widen further—into space technology, election-night intelligence, and warnings about digital systems.

Ashley alleges that by October 2024 Musk told her he was ready to “release his anomaly in the Matrix.” She says she pressed for details. but didn’t want to hear too much. telling him. “I would ask more. but I really don’t want to be deposed.” In her account. Musk responded. “Very wise. ” then described having “10. 000 lasers in space. ” which Ashley says were his Starlink satellites. She includes a line she says Musk told her: “[This is] not a piece they’ll see on the chessboard.” Ashley says that left her uncomfortable—suggesting. in her framing. that election-season “space technology” would be used in ways people wouldn’t notice “on the chessboard.”.

The TikTok then turns to America PAC, which Ashley describes as a foundation of “tech businessmen” supporting Trump’s 2024 campaign. In her earlier video, she alleged the group used what she called “Craigslist crackheads” for door-knocking and its on-the-ground work. This time, she also claims America PAC had access to “wild” real-time election-night data.

Ashley recounts election night from Mar-A-Lago. saying she was “chilling” when Musk left “super early.” She says she asked what was going on. and that Musk told her he knew Trump had won “hours ago. ” crediting it to the real-time data his team had. She then asks the question she says she couldn’t stop thinking about: “How the f**k do you have real-time data on elections?”.

She says she felt scared about sharing what she claims she was told, adding that she worried Musk’s team might “pull an Amber Heard and sue me for defamation.” She also alludes to something unknown possibly happening to her as a result, but says she wants “the weight of all this off her chest.”

As the video continues, Ashley pivots to X (Twitter) and xAI. She says she’s worried about what she calls the “behavior inference model” of both platforms and claims it is “a million times worse than anything we saw with Cambridge Analytica.”

Toward the end, Ashley says she has “all the messages and documents” that support her account. She says she has handed them to an unknown party who she describes as working on “a larger project than my testimony. ” and she adds. “Individuals involved could clean up the mess if they know I’m talking about it. I don’t know.”.

She closes with a threat framed as a warning about personal risk: “If people with immense resources are going to have my family physically followed and harassed, I’m gonna make sure your skin is under my fingernails.”

Ashley’s new post follows what she says she previously shared. including her earlier allegation that Musk supported Donald Trump “behind the scenes” well before a Butler assassination attempt. In that earlier video. she said Musk claimed the incident was the “catalyst” for why he went MAGA. while Ashley alleged he was already working on America PAC with Trump.

None of Ashley’s claims are verified in the text of her posts. But in her Monday TikTok, she presents them as documentation-backed, warns of legal risk, and insists she is prepared to continue—especially if she believes her family is being targeted.
